30-day, 60-day, final sale, or custom — shown before checkout.
Shop with confidence. Return with clarity.
Every marketplace listing shows its return window. This page explains eligibility, how to start a return, who pays for shipping, refund timing, and when FCE One Buyer Protection steps in — the same clarity you’d expect from Amazon or eBay.
Each listing shows a return policy (30-day, 60-day, no returns / final sale, or custom) — including FCE Retail items Sold & fulfilled by FCE One. The policy on the product page at purchase time is the one that applies — always check Returns before you buy.
Not received, not as described, damaged, or counterfeit — we’ll help resolve it.
Start from Orders, print a label when offered, or drop at an FCE hub when available.
Most refunds post within 3–5 business days after the return is received and approved.
1. Overview
FCE One is a marketplace and logistics platform. Items Sold & fulfilled by FCE One are sold by FCE One (merchant of record). Independent marketplace listings are sold by that seller. Return eligibility follows the listing’s return policy, plus the Buyer Protection rules below when something goes wrong.
Shipping services you book directly with FCE One (labels, FCE One Go, business shipping) are covered by the shipping terms and rate confirmation — not this marketplace Return Policy.
2. What’s eligible
Most returns are accepted when the item matches the listing’s return policy and arrives in returnable condition.
Usually eligible
- Unused items in original packaging with tags/accessories included.
- Requests started within the listing’s return window (counted from delivery date).
- Items that match the condition you received (new, open-box, etc.).
- Items whose product page showed a 30-day, 60-day, or custom returnable policy at purchase.
Usually not eligible (final sale)
- Listings marked Final sale / No returns on the product page.
- Personalized, made-to-order, or clearly intimate apparel after the seal is broken (unless defective).
- Perishable goods, opened consumables, or items that can’t be resold for health/safety reasons.
- Downloadable or digital goods once delivery is complete.
3. Return windows on FCE One
Sellers set one of these policies per listing (or inherit their store default):
- 30-day returns — start a return within 30 days of delivery.
- 60-day returns — start a return within 60 days of delivery.
- No returns / Final sale — returns only for Buyer Protection issues (not as described, damaged in transit, not received, counterfeit).
- Custom policy — the seller’s written terms on the listing apply; still subject to Buyer Protection for major problems.
If a listing doesn’t show a window, treat it as standard marketplace returns (typically 30 days) unless marked final sale.
4. How to start a return

5. Who pays return shipping
- Seller / platform pays when the item is defective, damaged in transit, not as described, wrong item, or never delivered.
- Buyer typically pays for change-of-mind returns when the listing allows returns — unless the seller offers free returns.
- When an FCE hub handles intake, you’ll see hub drop-off options in the return flow when available in your area.
6. Refunds & exchanges
Refunds are issued after the returned item is scanned received and the return is approved.
- Most card refunds appear in 3–5 business days (banks may take longer to show the credit).
- Refunds go to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Partial refunds may apply for missing accessories, used items, or seller-approved keep-it settlements.
- Original outbound shipping is refunded when the return is our/seller fault; otherwise it may be non-refundable as shown at checkout.
7. FCE One Buyer Protection
Even on final-sale listings, you can open a case when:
- Not received — tracking shows delivered but you didn’t get it, or the package never moves after a reasonable time.
- Significantly not as described — material difference from the listing photos/specs.
- Damaged or defective on arrival.
- Suspected counterfeit or prohibited goods.
Open a case from the order page as soon as you notice the issue. We’ll work with you, the seller, and (when needed) the hub/carrier to resolve with a refund, replacement, or other fair outcome.
8. Seller responsibilities
Sellers on FCE One must:
- Disclose an accurate return policy on every listing and honor it.
- Respond to return requests promptly and process approved refunds without unreasonable delay.
- Use hub return intake when enrolled, so buyers get a consistent drop-off experience.
