Scope

What is encrypted — and what is not

FC1 Network private message bodies between enrolled devices, using client-side crypto and device key wraps.

Support/admin messaging, Marketplace listing content, payments metadata, and other operational systems FC1 must process to run the product.

How it works

Each enrolled device holds cryptographic material used to decrypt message payloads.
Sending encrypts to recipient device keys so servers store ciphertext for those payloads.
If you lose all devices and recovery methods, message history may be unrecoverable — by design.
We do not publish private keys, internal endpoints, or exploit-ready internals on this page.
